NEW ULTRASONIC SCREENING EQUIPMENT

Ultrasonic screening utilizes a combination of mechanical vibration coupled with ultrasonics to produce a vibratory system that significantly reduces or eliminates screen blinding in many powder applications. Unlike other ultrasonic deblinding systems - our transducer transmits the ultrasonic vibration through the product hopper to the tensioned screen surface. This unique transducer coupling allows for 100% utilization of the screen surface thus allowing for maximum product throughput and eliminating screen tearing due to transducer bonding to the screen surface.

WORLD´S SMALLEST AIR-PISTON VIBRATOR - NOW AVAILABLE IN STAINLESS STEEL
Only from Cleveland Vibrator, the VM-25 vibrator has an ultra simple design with only one moving part (coated piston), and a size and variable frequency that make it excellent for automated parts track vibration. It can also be used to promote the free flow of materials from small, thin-skinned (minimum 28 gauge) bins and hoppers to 2 cubic feet (57L) capacity.

QUIET TURBINE VIBRATORS
Cleveland Vibrator used state-of-the-art CNC machining to improve the technology of turbine vibrators. Some models have more than four times the force at lower air consumption and pressure than competing models. The turbine vibrators have rugged, ductile iron bodies and are directly interchangeable with ball vibrator models. They are very quiet, below OSHA standards.
