 Industrial Vibrators
We carry a most comprehensive line of industrial vibrators including air-piston vibrators, rotary electric vibrators, electromagnetic vibrators, turbine vibrators and ball vibrators. These industrial vibrators are used for bins, hoppers, railcars, foundry applications, rollover & core machine vibrators, etc., and come in many sizes and varieties. They are also used on all sizes of feeders, screeners, tables, and conveyors. Unlike competitive models, most of Cleveland Vibrator's air piston models are shipped complete with mounting hardware. These units are of a one-piece casting design, plus most of our pistons are a double-diameter design requiring no spring, meaning that they will start in any position. All of this at no extra cost!

 Vibratory Equipment
Cleveland Vibrator manufactures a complete line of air and electric-powered feeders, screeners, conveyors, and tables for bulk material applications. Feeders and Screeners are available in various trough shapes, mild and stainless steel construction, and various coatings for light, medium, and heavy-duty applications. Vibratory tables and packers are designed to handle material loads from under 10 lbs. to over 16,000 lbs. Our Laboratory Screeners with ultrasonics can screen down to 5 micron.

New! CVC Quiet Turbine Vibrators
Cleveland Vibrator used state-of-the-art CNC machining to improve the technology of turbine vibrators. Some models have more than four times the force at lower air consumption and pressure than competing models. The turbine vibrators have rugged, ductile iron bodies and are directly interchangeable with ball vibrator models. They are very quiet, below OSHA standards. They have a longer life than ball vibrators and require no lubrication.

Ultrasonic Screening
 Ultrasonic screening utilizes a combination of mechanical vibration coupled with ultrasonics to produce a vibratory system that significantly reduces or eliminates screen blinding in many powder applications. Unlike other ultrasonic deblinding systems - our transducer transmits the ultrasonic vibration through the product hopper to the tensioned screen surface. This unique transducer coupling allows for 100% utilization of the screen surface thus allowing for maximum product throughput and eliminating screen tearing due to transducer bonding to the screen surface.

 Cleveland Vibrator’s VM-25’s ultra simple design — only one moving part (coated piston), size and variable frequency make it excellent for automated parts track vibration. Also, it can be used to promote the free flow of materials from small, thin-skinned (minimum 28 gauge) bins and hoppers to 2 cubic feet (57L) capacity.
