 Air Piston (Pneumatic) Vibrators
Air piston vibrators are most commonly used as discharge flow aids on bins, hoppers and chutes. They also provide more specific services primarily in the chemical, foundry and concrete industries. Additionally, air-piston vibrators have been used successfully as drives for vibratory equipment. |

 Single Impact Vibrator
The single impactor delivers one impact at a maximum frequency of once every three seconds through a five-port spool valve. A timer is used to vary the cycle required. Single impactors are most effective for sticky materials because they are less likely than continuous vibration to cause packing in hoppers. Low maintenance is guaranteed by a combination of a springless design and only one moving part. The single impactor makes less noise and consumes less air than most air and electric vibrators because there is no continuous blast of exhausting air. |

 Miniature Air Piston Vibrator
Cleveland Vibrator’s VM-25’s ultra simple design — only one moving part (WS-2 Super Grey coated piston), size and variable frequency make it excellent for automated parts track vibration. Also, it can be used to promote the free flow of materials from small, thin-skinned (minimum 28 gauge) bins and hoppers to 2 cubic feet (57L) capacity. |

 Rotary Electric Vibrators
CVC’s 50+ models of rotary electric vibrators are available in 3600, 1800, 1200 and 900 RPMs with horsepower ranges from 1/50 to 17 HP. Both single phase and 3 phase are offered. Force outputs range from 30 lbs. to over 40,000 lbs. Vibrators are shipped at 40% of force but force can be changed with a simple mechanical adjustment of the eccentric weights, varying the force from 0 to 100%.  Electromagnetic Vibrators
CM Electromagnetic vibrators are ideal for moving materials from small hoppers (to 7 c.f.), chutes, and flow pipes. CM Electromagnetic vibrators feature unitized armature assemblies with strong fiberglass leaf springs and an encapsulated, high temperature, coil to provide long service life. The vibrators are constructed with an aluminum mounting base and a totally enclosed aluminum housings. |
