HyBrute™ Screener - Back to Screeners
Cleveland Vibrator’s HyBrute is a unique vibratory screener that blends ultrasonic and rotary electric vibrators, resulting in a high-capacity, fine powdered-materials screener.
The HyBrute incorporates the low-maintenance, high-volume flow rates of a “brute force” vibratory feeder and the high-precision characteristics of an ultrasonic screener. The resulting “hybrid” screener brings together the best of both types of vibratory units. Product is transported across the screen surface via vibration produced by twin rotary electric vibrators; the screening action is enhanced by ultrasonic screen excitation.

The HyBrute family of screeners expands the CVC product line with three standard sized screeners, HyBrute 4.5, 8 and 18. With screen areas from 4.5 square feet to 18 square feet, the CVC HyBrute screeners can provide our customers with ability to screen products at previously unattainable rates and efficiency.
