The HK Incline is a complete self-contained ultrasonic screening system designed for extremely high yield screening applications. The HK Incline system transmits high frequency, low amplitude vibration directly to the screening surface. By virtually eliminating screen blinding or clogging, the HK Incline provides an extremely reliable method for screening dry materials that require high yields. A membrane touch keypad allows for optimal performance and settings for each specific application. Using no other mechanical movement, the ultrasonic vibration continuously moves the product down the near horizontal screen surface. Oversize and fine particles are collected in separate containers.
Simply load the product hopper, determine proper feed rate and the HK Incline will provide a continuous, reliable, high yield product while improving efficiency and throughput rates.
