The Model HK-12 utilizes a high speed vibratory drive to generate a unique vibratory action that will effectively handle both dry and wet applications.
The HK-12 can also be equipped with the HK Ultrasonic Deblinding System - virtually eliminating screen blinding therefore allowing for high increases in both yields and throughputs.
Ultrasonic transducer is transferable from individual screen frames, therefore utilizing only one transducer for all screen frames. The HK-12 is an effective tool for the lab or pilot plant for evaluating small powder batches. Mesh sizes available down to 635 mesh or 5 micron utilizing the HK precision sieves.
