General Description
The Cleveland Vibrator Company Model VJ, electromagnetic vibratory jogger is ideal for filling small molds in the plastic and fuse industries. This rugged unit comes complete with a UHMW plastic top and built-in controller. The unit is designed for 115/1/60 operation and the frequency is fixed at 3600 VPM. 220V models are also available.
All models are supplied with a built-in VIC controller. The VIC controller has a dial to adjust the stroke (intensity) of the vibration. There is a 3-position toggle switch allowing the user to choose between standard VIC or an optional VAF (variable amplitude, variable frequency) control.
Model VJ1212-10 has a 12" x 12" UHMW plastic top and stands 5 5/16" high on its own base. The maximum stroke "unloaded" is approximately 0.07". The maximum load is 50 lbs.
Model VJ1515-30 has a 15" x 15" UHMW plastic top and stands 5 11/16" high on its own base. The maximum stroke "unloaded" is approximately 0.04". The maximum load is 85 lbs.
