Screeners The Cleveland Vibrator Company vibratory screeners are used to separate materials by particle size, scalp (remove) small amounts of oversize material, remove small amounts of fine material, or remove excess liquid from finished products. We can supply single, double, or triple-deck units. Our wide range of drives enables us to provide vibratory screening for finer materials down to one hundred mesh (.0058") and coarser materials up to four inch clear openings. |

Laboratory Screeners CVC is a manufacturer of vibratory and ultrasonic screening equipment for laboratory, pilot, and production applications. Our wide range of unique equipment design and expertise in fine mesh screening allows for solutions for virtually all screening requirements. Unlike other manufacturers, we will engineer a screening solution around your particular screening needs. |
|
|
Ultrasonic Technology CVC utilizes a combination of mechanical vibration coupled with ultrasonics to produce a vibratory system that significantly reduces or eliminates screen blinding in many powder applications. Unlike other ultrasonic deblinding systems, our Ultrasonic transducer transmits the ultrasonic vibration through the product hopper to the tensioned screen surface. This unique transducer coupling allows for 100% utilization of the screen surface thus allowing for maximum product throughput and eliminating screen tearing due to transducer bonding to the screen surface. |

HyBrute Screener The HyBrute screener is unique to the material handling industry. This "hybrid" unit combines the high-volume material handling capabilities of a Cleveland Vibrator Company (CVC) rectangular brute force screener and the fine screening benefits of ultrasonic screen excitation to effectively screen materials through very fine mesh screens. The HyBrute series of screeners offers many benefits to material processors and manufacturers both in terms of increased capacity and screening efficiency.

Feeders The Cleveland Vibrator Company offers a wide range of light, medium, and heavy duty vibratory feeders for controlling the flow of bulk materials. Model CF-A pneumatic powered (reciprocating air cushioned piston) and model CF-E electromagnetic drives are available for light and medium duty applications. Model EMF utilizes dual rotary electric vibrator drives which are available in four speeds for medium to heavy duty applications. These drives all produce a linear motion which provides smooth, uniform, volumetric flow that is fully adjustable. |
|
Tables The Cleveland Vibrator Company offers a wide range of light, medium, and heavy-duty vibratory tables and vibratory packers for settling and compacting bulk materials.
A production line system incorporating a vibratory table can provide:
+ Fully automated or semi-automated fill stations.
+ Accurate and true container weights.
+ More containers filled, weighed and closed in less time than with manual installations.
+ Minimum time to reach maximum compaction usually within 10 to 30 seconds.

Drum Packers The Cleveland Vibrator Model FA-O, Low Profile Flat Deck, vibratory table is equipped with twin outboard drives and air bag isolation mounts as standard equipment. FA-O tables are ideal for compacting drums and palletized boxes containing palletized plastic, chemicals, frozen foods (corn, peas, etc.), peanuts, and automotive parts. |
|
Belt Table Conveyors The Cleveland Vibrator Company Model BT Vibratory Belt Table Conveyor cuts packaging and handling costs for a wide range of materials packed in corrugated containers and small drums. The Belt Table Conveyor is designed to simultaneously settle product within a container while conveying the container to a closing and sealing machine. Linear vibration aids in settling the material in the container before the container is closed. |
|
Packers and Joggers The Cleveland Vibrator Company's Model VP, light-duty vibratory packer is commonly used for compacting coffee, pharmaceuticals, and various powdered products in bottles, cans, bags, and other small containers. Model VJ, electromagnetic vibratory jogger is ideal for filling small molds in the plastic and fuse industries. |

Shake-Out Tables
+ Can handle up to 12,000 lb. loads depending on size of screen deck.
+ Simple, low-maintenance design.
+ No exposed moving parts.
+ Trouble free-Marsh Mellow Mount isolation.
+ Vibrator bearings are pre-lubricated.
+ Quiet operation, no noise from steel isolation springs, belts, pulleys or rotating crank arms.
+ Low profile design, minimum height for product to enter unit.
+ open bottom construction permits sand to pass through unit.
+ Available with UHMW liners on side deflectors. |

Live Beam Tables A senior member of the table family, the Live Beam Table is designed and built primarily for the consolidation of concrete in large forms and molds. Ideally suited for long pre-stressed concrete forms, the beams can be spaced apart as much as 10 to 15 feet to handle long, narrow and yet extremely heavy loads. Each beam is mounted on series of heavy duty rubber-in-compression mounts for good stability and vibration isolation.
