The Cleveland Vibrator Company Volumetric Feeder and Screener Machines are compact, self-contained units, incorporating a bulk supply hopper with a vibrator and vibratory pan feeder or screener. Both air and electric-powered feeder and screener machines can be equipped with independent variable controls for adjusting flow rate and hopper vibrator intensity. Special control features are available where timed feed rates or operation from a scale signal is required.
Scale-operated feeder and screener machines can be equipped with an automatic or manual, two station push-button control. One button controls the fast speed to accomplish the major portion of the filling, and the second button controls the slow dribble feed that enables the operator scale to stop at the set weight.
