Make it an easy, one-person job to attached and remove heavy rail car vibrators. This cart is designed to hold and Cleveland Vibrator Company VMRR Rail Car Vibrators and allow easy moving and maneuvering of the vibrator to the bottom discharge under the rail car hopper.
The VAF is a variable amplitude and frequency controller mounted in a NEMA-12 enclosure. Amplitude is adjustable from a duty cycle of 1% to 40%. The output frequency can be adjusted over a range of 45Hz to 170 Hz by a coarse pot. The fine pot alters the frequency setpoint of the coarse pot by +/- 10 Hz. The input power fuse is rated at 3 amps maximum. There are no operator adjustments inside the enclosure.
